The following letter is hidden from public view until now by Senator Phil Gramm and Congressman Pete Sessions in order to cover up their complicity in the fbi/cia efforts to silence Sosbee.

Sosbee was previously reluctant to release the following document because he did not want to cause unnecessary heartburn to the fbi agents named in the letter. Sosbee encourages all fbi thugs named to not commit suicide, but rather to come to Congress with the truth as they know it. One name of a fbi thug missing from the letter is the celebrated former fbi agent Joe O' Brien (recipient of the AG's distinguished investigator's award); O' Brien ignorantly assisted SAC Al Smith and SA Patrick Groves in unlawfully forcing Sosbee by threat of death to resign from the fbi in 1978.

Joe O'Brien was the only fbi agent smiling as he and his sick associates offered sosbee a choice between life and death.
