As of this date the Harlingen, Texas, Police and the Fresno, California Police refuse my formal requests to investigate and to identify the thug who sent the above described hate message; the message is a class B misdemeanor under the laws of the state of Texas, and the person who sent the above quoted words may be a criminal.The police representatives whom I contacted for prosecution of the case are:

Yahoo continues its unethical actions on January 4, 2010,  by threatening Sosbee:

Yahoo visits my site as shown in the *site meter image below and subsequently threatens me with termination of account. Here is my letter to Yahoo in response to their notice which is shown below :

Dear Yahoo,

The above notice from you threatening me with cancellation of account is a gross and ignorant abuse of your power; the notice comes at a time when other Yahoo members are violating in a serious way your rules that you now selectively intend to unlawfully forge on me. Harassment, stalking and other illegal actions are repeatedly used against me by such members as  ‘tooscentsworth’ and others, but Yahoo takes no action to stop the harassment.

I have no intention of violating your phony rules that are in this instance used to assist the fbi assassins in their campaign to torture and kill me. I also, however, do not take orders from the  Yahoo Corporation coward who sent me the notice shown above and who hides his identity  even while he harasses me.

Please be assured that your notice reflects the general corruption of your so-called abuse teams and that ultimately Yahoo will lose the good will that it desperately seeks on the world stage.

Cease and Desist your threats and harassment against me.
